Meet Tim

Tim Wicks is the owner of Capital City Drywall & Painting. He started out in the business as a boardman with his brother in Vernon, BC at age 17.

One year later he opened his own business called Kootenay Drywall in Nelson B.C. Desiring to learn how to tape, in 1975 he received, and accepted an offer to move to Victoria.

After two short years, Tim opened Capital City Drywall & Painting Ltd. and has served the Victoria area for over 38 years. Large size projects such as the Save-On-Food Plaza, along with, hundreds of homes, apartments and townhouse projects have been completed over the years. Fire and water damage projects have always been a part of the company and remain so today.

In 2010 Tim welcomed his son Isaac aboard, to help launch the company into the technical age.
